Mullite Insulating Brick description
Mullite insulation brick is a highly efficient insulation material, mainly composed of mullite (an aluminosilicate mineral). This brick has excellent high temperature resistance and can usually withstand temperatures above 1300°C. The characteristics of mullite insulation brick include low thermal conductivity, good thermal stability and thermal shock resistance, as well as low weight and volume density. These characteristics make it widely used in high temperature industries such as metallurgy, البتروكيماويات, كهرباء, وتصنيع الزجاج. As a lining material for kilns, heating furnaces and other equipment, it can effectively reduce heat loss and extend the service life of the equipment.

Mullite Insulation brick Feature
- Low thermal conductivity and good thermal insulation effect;
- low heat fusion, low thermal conductivity, accumulation of little thermal energy, energy saving effect in intermittent operation;
- Low impurity content has a very low oxide content such as iron box alkali metal, and therefore, high refractoriness;
- High thermal compressive strength;
- the appearance of the size is accurate, speed up the masonry, reduce the amount of refractory mud, to ensure the strength and stability of the masonry, thereby extending the life of the lining;
- can be processed into special shapes to reduce the number of bricks and joints
