Reasons for preferring LZ-65 high alumina brick

Since high-temperature kilns are now the main core equipment in industrial production, they are basically all made of steel. If the kiln is not lined with refractory materials, it cannot be used, because the strength of the steel cylinder of the kiln will decrease with the increase of temperature, especially when the temperature fluctuates greatly, the cylinder will be deformed and cannot continue to be used. Therefore, high-aluminum bricks should be laid in the kiln to isolate the high-temperature burning and protect the steel cylinder structure.

In order to reduce the consumption cost of refractory materials, improve the equipment operation rate and product quality, general enterprises will choose LZ-65 high-aluminum bricks, which are inexpensive, rich in raw material resources and have wide reserves. In order to increase the service life of the kiln, each batch of bricks purchased into the factory must undergo strict quality inspection, because the use of high-aluminum bricks that have passed the quality inspection is an important basis for the long-term use of rotary kilns.

The price of LZ-65 high alumina brick is between the first-grade high alumina brick and the third-grade high alumina brick. In terms of material, the AL2O3 content of LZ-65 high alumina brick is nearly 12 percentage points higher than the 55% content of the third-grade high alumina brick, and many manufacturers produce bricks with an AL2O3 content close to 70%. In terms of the operating temperature environment, it can meet the needs of 80% of high-temperature kilns with operating temperatures between 1300℃ and 1400℃, so many customers prefer LZ-65 high alumina bricks when purchasing high alumina bricks.
